Review Article : Reconstructing the Constructive Programme

Recently, I shared a snap of the Poorna Swaraj at social network, a couple of people from academics and news media questioned the association of MK Gandhi with the Poorna Swaraj. They immediately asked a set of questions about the text especially on the constructive programme. The way in which they enquired about the book reflected that they are not aware about the constructive programme though they talked about Gandhi’s association with different movements in different parts of India.
